This merchant was so great to deal with and they respond quickly to emails. It is always a little scary buying online from a merchant that you\\'re not familiar with. I was weary about purchasing designer sunglasses online, however, this company website was excellent! After doing much research, I bought my Dior sunglasses from them. The shipping was kind of expensive, but the package arrived early. The merchandise was well-packed and looked exactly like the photo. I plan on purchasing another pair from this distributor.

The glasses were authentic and shipped immediately after the order. The prices were excellent. The glasses arrived in perfect shape only one day later than the website typical estimates. That being said, there was a holiday in between order and shipment and the delay was likely more due to the United States Postal Service than the vendor. I would order from this vendor again, without hesitation.

I recently bought sungalsses from Discount Shades Direct. They were very efficient: the sunglasses arrived from US to Australia in a few days. The USPS tracking service was very helpful. The only problem was with local delivery. The sunglasses were stuck in our local postoffice over Christmas so the present was late. I could see they had arrived in Australia but it took a bit of phoning around to work out where they were between customs and us and public holidays meant the local PO was shut. The carrier for us was Australia Post who failed to advise that the parcel had arrived at the local PO before Xmas. I would highly recommend Discount Shades: pricing, packaging, delivery and service was excellent - just watch the tracking service and then nag the local post office. ...
